Scholarship Description:
Nan Jiang, a researcher at the School of Stomatology, Peking University, and his group are dedicated to basic and translational research on craniomaxillofacial organ development and regenerative medicine, as well as stem cells and extracellular secretory vesicles. We are looking for 1-2 postdoctoral fellows. Introduction Nan Jiang is a researcher at Peking University Dental Hospital. He received his PhD from Columbia University and was a visiting scholar at New York University School of Medicine. He was selected as Beijing’s Rising Star of Science and Technology, and has received the New Investigator Award of the International Craniomaxillofacial Stem Cell Conference and the second prize of the Young Forum of Scientific Research of the Chinese Stomatological Association, among others.
Available Subjects:
Oral tissue development and regeneration, organoid culture and extracellular vesicles involved in bone regeneration microenvironment regulation and induced regeneration mechanism of craniomaxillofacial bone defect repair.
Eligibility criteria:
- The duration of the doctoral degree should not exceed 3 years; the age should not exceed 35 years;
- During the period of the doctoral studies, the doctoral candidate should have published or received a thesis as first author in a high-ranking journal;
- Comply with the Postdoctoral Management Regulations of Peking University Medical School and be qualified for other positions.
