Nationality: International Students
Location: USA
Application deadlines: Open

Scholarship Description:

Dr. Chi Ma is currently a researcher at UT Southwestern Medical Center, focusing on the translational applications of bone and cartilage regenerative medicine by integrating cutting-edge technologies. The lab collaborates closely with various clinical and research institutions, and its findings have been published in high-impact journals.

The research group emphasizes the use of clinically relevant animal models to develop advanced biomaterials and tissue engineering strategies for repairing bone and cartilage injuries. Funding comes from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. This interdisciplinary environment offers comprehensive training in advanced experimental techniques and translational research.
